The Kitchen

Our stunning main restaurant takes a historical cue from the sugar industry, when St. Kitts exports were considered the best of the Caribbean. It is set up in two levels with five distinctive spaces: the Upper Level where The Mill Bar is also located, The Mountain Terrace, the lounge, the lower level and the outdoor terrace we call The Lookout. In addition, we have The Chef's Table, where tastings and pairing dinners are intimately celebrated.

Our cuisine is distinctively Kittitian, focusing on the fruits, produce, catch and meats from the local farmers as well as the herbs, fruits and produce from our own Belle Mont Farm at Kittitian Hill. Our team of Chefs’ goal is to offer our local flavours blending local and novel presentations. The result is an experience that is authentically Belle Mont’s known to many as Belle Mont’s Farm to Table Experience!

Breakfast and dinner is served at The Kitchen from 7:00am - 10:30am and 6:00pm - 10:00pm, respectively.

The Pool Bar & Terrace

Our spectacular infinity pool with its impressive views of the Caribbean Sea and the islands of St. Eustace, Saba, St. Barts and St. Maarten makes our Pool Bar setting absolutely breathtaking! Add to it the iconic architecture that frames the entire area and you will be having lunch, or enjoying a drink, in one of the most admired spots in the Caribbean.

It’s just the perfect stage to treat yourself to the fresh catch of the day, some local, very Kittitian bites, or start the evening by enjoying our majestic sunsets with a nice glass of Champagne.

Serving lunch and appetizers everyday from 11:00am - 6:00pm, The Pool Bar is not to be missed. The bar is designed as a swim up bar so you don’t need to leave the pool to enjoy a drink.

Arthur’s Restaurant & Beach Club

Arthur’s is located on Dieppe Bay, an 8-minute drive from Kittitian Hill. It is the most popular restaurant on the beach in St. Kitts where visitors and locals enjoy outstanding fare in a waterfront ambiance. Chaise lounges are available on a first come first take basis. Or you may reserve your place in the sun, subject to availability.
